Privacy Policy - COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Processing of personal data


In connection with your relationship to FH Asset Management ApS, you may have given personal data to one or more of the following companies; Nørrebro 2019 ApS, Nørrebro 2019 Holding ApS, Farumgade 2 B ApS, Farumgade 2 B Holding ApS, IMR Holding ApS, Limaro 2 ApS and SG 21-23 Aps, SG 21-23 Holding ApS, including, in particular, the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your phone number
  • Your Personal Identification Number
  • Your CVR no.
  • Your personal accounts
  • Information on guarantor

Your personal data are used in connection with, among other things, leasing of the company’s properties.  This is necessary for us to fulfil our part of the agreement, as well as in the 5-year period following the termination of the relationship. Your data will be deleted after the 5-year period has ended.

Further to your provision of your personal data, these may be given to our partners for the purpose of property inspection and administration.  Presently, HP Ejendomsservice ApS, Roar Entreprise A/S and CEJ Ejendomsadministration A/S receive these data for use during your rental period.

 

Data Security

Whether we are dealing with your personal information for the purpose of the performance of a contract or on the basis of your consent, we will always treat your personal information in a secure and confidential manner in accordance with the applicable laws, including the personal data regulations and the Data Protection Act.

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which they were collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

We use third parties for the management of your personal information, to wit, HP Ejendomsservice ApS, Roar Entreprise A/S and CEJ Ejendomsadministration A/S. We have concluded data processing agreements with these data processors: this is our guarantee that they comply with the rules governing protection of your personal information.

Information, objection, amendment, data portability and deletion

If there are errors in our information, you can always request to have them corrected so that we have the right data, and you have the right to obtain information in a commonly-used format (data portability). If you wish to amend your data or to request data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above e-mail address.

If you no longer wish us to use your personal data or that we must limit the processing of your personal information, you can also send us a request to the e-mail address given above.

When we receive a request, we will assess whether we are obliged to delete information, or whether we, in relation to existing law, are obliged to keep the information.

Personal information includes all kinds of information that, to a greater or lesser degree, could be connected to you. When you use our website, we collect and process different types of such information. Purpose
The information will be used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that will have the greatest probability of being relevant for you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to deliver the services you have asked for, e.g. to send you a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimise our services and content.

 

Storage period
The information will be stored for the time that is permitted under the law and we will delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period of time depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is, therefore, not possible to state a general time frame for when information will be deleted.

 

Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and click on, geographic location, gender and age group, etc. will be divulged to third parties to the extent that such information is known. You can see which third parties we are talking about in the section on "Cookies" above. This information is used for the targeting of advertising.

We use, in addition, a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. These parties process the information solely on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal information such as your name and e-mail, etc. will only take place if you have given consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries which can give your information sufficient protection.

 

Transparency and complaints
You have the right to know what personal information we have about you. You may also, at any time, object to the use of the information.
